Hanging on air 200m above the ground is Dubai's new Bubble City. The city will be built on gigantic helium filled pillows and generators against gravity. The city will be surrounded by a glass bubble and powered by solar energy. There will be restaurants, recreational facilities and shops. It is estimated to cost 30 trillion dollars.
